Job summary

Rock Global in Sun Valley, CA, is seeking an organized Project Manager to support our Studio Team on a 1099 hourly contract basis. This role will coordinate multiple concurrent projects, drive tasks forward, maintain schedules, and ensure timely completion within scope.

3+ years of experience in project management, business operations, consulting, or related strategic roles.

Responsibilities

Coordinate multiple studio development and operational projects concurrently.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and trackers.
Monitor timelines, identify delays, and communicate risks.
Coordinate meetings with departments, tenants, vendors, and external partners.
Document decisions and follow-up actions; maintain organized files and reporting.
Support project implementation from planning through completion.
Prepare agendas, materials and presentations for executives.
Track deliverables and follow up to ensure commitments.
Compile updates and status reports for executive leadership.
Assist with studio sales, operations, and new service offerings.
