Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in live event production, including premieres, brand activations, experiential events, or similar.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and scope budgets.
• Experience leading teams and managing vendors.
• Strong understanding of technical production including staging, lighting, audio, and video.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-oriented.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
