Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Contract Product Operations Lead in Newport Beach to drive store product strategy, inventory management, and back-of-house operations. You will lead inventory shifts, supervise BOH activities, and ensure the floor and stockrooms are well-organized while delivering a world-class guest experience.

Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership, executing SOP-driven processes, and participating in hiring and coaching.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail or related environment.
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members in inventory management and maintain a fun, productive shift.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Review daily data and metrics to inform actions and recommendations to leadership.
• Participate in hiring processes, onboarding, and training.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members for development.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and strong floor leadership when on duty.
