lululemon Athletica is seeking a Contract Product Operations Lead for the Outlets at San Clemente. You will collaborate with store leadership to execute the product strategy, oversee inventory shifts, and manage all BOH product operations while ensuring floor and BOH are stocked and organized.

Role includes input on team performance, hiring recommendations, and serving as Supervisor on Duty to deliver a world‑class guest experience. Strong inventory, planning, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members in inventory management to create a fun, productive shift.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell‑through strategy and product availability.
• Review daily business data to inform actions and provide recommendations to store leadership.
• Participate in hiring process, onboarding, and training.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members and foster inclusive environment.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to deliver a world‑class guest experience.
