Job summary

Humana is seeking a temporary contractor via Atrium to lead strategy and execution across premium billing, consumer payments, and billing platform modernization at Humana.

You will own the vision, roadmap, KPIs, and business cases, coordinating with Finance, Ops, Digital, Data, Tech, Compliance, and vendors to deliver measurable outcomes. This role focuses on driving value and improving member billing experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management, transformation, or related experience.
• Experience owning strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional business, operations, technology, data, and vendor work.
• Strong Agile delivery, analytical, decision-making, and executive communication skills.
• Premium billing, payments, accounts receivable, or revenue-cycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, priorities, KPIs, and business cases.
• Align Finance, Operations, Digital, Data, Technology, Compliance, and vendors.
• Manage dependencies, risks, governance, and executive decisions.
• Lead the deliverables with a prioritized roadmap and investment plan.
• Define KPIs for accuracy, automation, payment experience, and financial value.
