Job summary

Humana is seeking a temporary contractor via Atrium to lead strategy and execution across premium billing, consumer payments, and billing platform modernization at Humana.

You will own the vision, roadmap, KPIs, and business cases, coordinating with Finance, Ops, Digital, Data, Tech, Compliance, and vendors to deliver measurable outcomes. This role focuses on driving value and improving member billing experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management, transformation, or related experience.
• Experience owning strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional business, operations, technology, data, and vendor work.
• Strong Agile delivery, analytical, decision-making, and executive communication skills.
• Premium billing, payments, accounts receivable, or revenue-cycle experience.

Responsibilities

This job posting is for a temporary contractor role as an employee of Atrium assigned to work at Humana.

Lead strategy and execution across premium billing, consumer payments, revenue optimization, Billing Data Lake alignment, and billing platform modernization.

Primary Scope

• Premium billing and invoicing.
• Consumer payments and member experience.
• Billing automation, revenue integrity, data, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Pay Rate Range

1 - 1 USD hourly

The individual selected for this role will be offered the role as an employee of Atrium; compensation, medical benefits, fringe benefits and other terms and conditions of employment shall be presented by Atrium upon offer. The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
