Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy and clinical care management. This remote role partners with clinical platforms, telephony, data systems, and enterprise architecture to deliver scalable solutions.

You will translate business needs into implementable plans, drive improvements, and report to an Associate Director while collaborating with Agile teams to enhance operations and member experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year in clinical management systems, or 5+ years in Product Management.
• 1+ year with Jira Align, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools to manage features, stories, and decisions.
• Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to 3+ audiences (executive, technical, business) through written and verbal updates on a weekly or sprint-based cadence
• Record of leading 2+ cross-functional initiatives spanning technology and business domains, coordinating teams to deliver measurable outcomes
• Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings, PI planning events, and formal presentations for 10 to 100+ stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage product enhancements supporting clinical care management.
• Define priorities, requirements, and implementation plans with leaders.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and advise on decisions.
• Prepare clear updates and leadership communications.
• Evaluate needs and recommend process improvements for customer experience.
• Collaborate with technology partners on enhancements and updates.
• Support planning for new products and initiatives.
• Assist with product adoption through requirements, testing, and validation.
• Promote consistent processes and continuous improvement across initiatives.
