Humana seeks an experienced data product leader for a temporary contractor role through Atrium, focusing on data lakes, Member Master, and AI foundations. You will drive strategy across Databricks Lakehouse, Kafka streaming, and API governance, delivering enterprise-scale data initiatives.

You will align business, engineering, governance, analytics, and security to create measurable outcomes, with emphasis on data quality, ownership, and lifecycle models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management, transformation, or related experience.
• Experience owning strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional business, operations, technology, data, and vendor work.
• Strong Agile delivery, analytical, decision-making, and executive communication skills.
• 7+ years of product or data-platform leadership.
• Working knowledge of Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark, Kafka topics, event architecture, APIs, and governance.

This job posting is for a temporary contractor role as an employee of Atrium assigned to work at Humana. Lead data product strategy across data lakes, Member Master, reconciliation, revenue integrity, APIs, Databricks, Kafka, analytics, and AI foundations.

Primary Scope

• Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, and Spark
• Kafka topics, events, schemas, and streaming
• APIs, governance, quality, lineage, security, analytics, and AI

Key Responsibilities

• Define vision, roadmap, consumers, SLAs, adoption, and value measures.
• Establish ownership, governance, data contracts, quality, and lifecycle models.

Pay Rate Range

The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
