Quality Technology Services, LLC (QTS) is seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement Coordinator to support end‑to‑end intake, routing, approval, execution, processing and recordkeeping of AIA and Development contracts. You will work with Development teams, Cost Control, Legal, Sourcing and external parties to keep contracting activities timely and auditable.

You will set up workflows, track status, and ensure complete submissions while maintaining accurate records and providing routine updates to

Qualifications

• Associate degree or coursework in business admin, legal studies, or related field.
• 1–3 years in procurement, contract administration, or related role.
• Experience with electronic documents, workflows, and approval tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal and external contacts.
• Proficiency with MS 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Log and intake AIA and Development-related agreements for approval and execution.
• Route packages for approvals in required sequence per DoA.
• Track reviews, approvals, rejections, reminders, and resubmissions.
• Create DocuSign envelopes and confirm signer information and sequencing.
• Maintain contract files and coordinate handoffs to Workday/eBuilder; report on status.
