Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC (QTS) is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to manage the supplier lifecycle, support supplier-facing applications, and serve as the central contact for new or updated supplier relationships.

You will collaborate with procurement, accounts payable and internal teams to maximize cost savings, improve processes, ensure compliance, and provide data-driven insights using Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement/Supply-Chain or related roles.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement functions using enterprise systems.
• Review and approve requisitions and purchase orders.
• Assist in contracts and supplier relations.
• Improve processes to deliver value and reduce risk.
• Support supplier savings tracking and spend reporting.
• Partner with Accounts Payable and internal teams to resolve payments.
