Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations' Orange Lake Resort in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a detail‑oriented Contract Processor II to manage contract preparation, processing and recording of sales documents, and validate deeds and equity.

You will perform pre‑closing, post‑closing and final audits, maintain daily deposits, and generate reports while upholding company policies and delivering excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months contract preparation experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Candidate must be able to work weekends and late shifts.
• Good typing speed and MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Data entry for contract prep, processing and printing for Sales and Latitudes contracts.
• Conducts deed verifications, usage and exchange verifications, and delinquency verifications.
• Collects and posts mortgage and HOA balances; assists management with training.
• Pre-closing, post-closing and final audits; prepare corrective documents.
• Process daily Sales deposits and generate reports; adhere to policies.
