The role requires attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus weekend/late shifts as needed. Data entry and routine updates of demographic and sales data are core duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months contract preparation experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months’ cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and document preparation of vacation packages, timeshare purchases, and warranty deeds.
• Verifies exchange information, owner usage, and communicates transactions and balances to Sales Consultants.
• Conducts deed verifications and prepares documents for property transfers.
• Updates demographic and financial information.
• Prepares daily sales deposits. Documents accounts and properly route action items.
