Job summary

Westgate Resorts is looking for a data entry specialist to support production of documents for Sales and VOA. You will enter and verify contract data, contact document preparers to resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate transfer of information into the database.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and effective communication with internal teams. Timeshare industry experience is a plus; Coca, etc., may apply.

Qualifications

• Data entry proficiency and accurate data handling.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and communicate clearly.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into computer systems for production of documents.
• Track and verify contract data for accuracy.
• Contact document preparers to resolve questions or missing data.
• Input data from source documents into the database and correct errors.
• Record completed work and respond to inquiries about entered data.
• File or route source documents after entry.
• Prepare documents for mailing with proper notary and signatory details.
• Handle owner inquiries regarding documents.
• Support manager with special projects as needed.
