Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a Contract Processor I in Orlando, FL to handle timely preparation of vacation packages, sales contracts, and upgrade documents. The role also involves updating demographic and marketing data daily, ensuring accuracy and coordination with Sales Consultants.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months experience in contract preparation and cash handling, with strong typing skills (40 WPM) and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Minimum of 6 months contract preparation experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months’ cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and late shifts as needed.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent cash handling skills.
• Must be able to type 40 WPM.
• Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Must be detail oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and document preparation of vacation packages, timeshare purchases, and warranty deeds.
• Verifies exchange information, owner usage, and communicates transactions and balances to Sales Consultants.
• Conducts deed verifications and prepares documents for property transfers.
• Updates demographic and financial information.
• Prepares daily sales deposits. Documents accounts and properly route action items.
