The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Contract Processing Administrator to support customers by researching, maintaining, and resolving contract issues. You will assist Sales by recommending contractual solutions and ensuring accurate records across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; knowledge of Access is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, research, and resolve contract-related issues for customers.
• Process contract creations and terminations for Reynolds and Reynolds products/services.
• Assist Sales by answering questions and proposing contractual solutions.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of company records.
