Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of customer files in the internal database.
• Interface with Sales and Customer Support teams to keep records current for all customers worldwide.
• Activate and deactivate customer accounts as needed.
• Verify addresses and phone numbers by internet searches and phone calls.
• Support other special projects as assigned.
