Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Contract Analyst to create and review customer contract documents in alignment with hardware configurations, network designs, product dependencies, and corporate policies. You will also assist Sales by answering questions on contract approaches across a variety of situations.

The role requires strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Technical, financial, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask.
• Work well under stress and able to handle change.

Responsibilities

• Create and review customer contract documents in compliance with hardware configurations, network designs, product dependencies, business rules, and corporate policies.
• Assist Sales and Sales Management by answering questions on contract approaches across various scenarios.
