Qualifications

• Previous experience in the printing, graphics, or print production industry preferred.
• Background in customer service, account coordination, or client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of print terminology, file formats (PDF, InDesign, etc.), and production workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven print production environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with print management or job tracking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between clients and print production teams, ensuring accurate communication of job specifications
• Handle incoming customer inquiries, quotes, and print orders via phone, email, and in person
• Provide expert guidance on printing options, file preparation, production timelines, and specifications
• Track and manage job progress, provide status updates, and proactively resolve production issues
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate client records, job tracking, and order documentation in print management systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer service and production-related issues quickly and professionally
• Support workflow efficiency by coordinating across prepress, production, and finishing teams
