Job summary

Conduent in Plano, TX is seeking a Print Operations Manager to lead high-volume transactional print, mail, and insert operations, ensuring production performance, quality, client service, and financial objectives are met.

You will oversee shifts across three shifts, develop and coach supervisors, drive continuous improvement, and partner with maintenance, procurement, and client teams to deliver on SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-shift operations in printing/mail/ document services.
• Experience delivering in SLA-driven environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead print, inserting, and mail production across multiple shifts.
• Ensure all SLAs, quality standards, and production commitments are met.
• Oversee daily schedules, workflow, capacity planning, and staffing needs.
• Serve as escalation point for production, quality, equipment, and delivery issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost performance across operations.
