Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist for a contractual role in Monroe, NY, with a float position. The schedule is Mon–Thurs 8:00am–5:30pm and Fri 8:00am–1:00pm, with a projected duration of 3 months and potential for permanent placement.

The role requires experience in blood draws, specimen labeling, and adherence to procedures. Benefits are available; OSHA/DEP regulations must be followed, and annual trainings are expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state of employment.
• Minimum 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Experience performing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging, and data recording.
• Collect and store specimens per procedures; explain venipuncture process clearly.
• Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required by test orders.
• Package specimens for transport and ensure proper temperature storage.
• Follow OSHA and DEP regulations; attend annual trainings; respond to inquiries.
