Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist for a contract role in Newberg, OR. The position runs Monday–Friday 7am–3:30pm with rotating Saturdays every 4–5 weeks. Duration is 3 months with potential for permanent employment. Benefits are available.

The Phlebotomist will perform blood draws, labeling, data recording, and patient communication, ensuring samples are collected and transported per protocol. OSHA/DEP regulations must be followed, and annual trainings attended.

Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification as required by state.
• Minimum 6 months venipuncture experience in fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens.
• Centrifuge, maintain data and decontaminate equipment.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Match requisitions to specimens and package for transport.
• Ensure proper storage and temperature control of specimens.
• Follow OSHA and DEP regulations and attend trainings.
• Respond to inquiries and review lab results.
