Job summary

Menehune Water Company in Kahului, HI seeks a 5-Gallon Sales Representative to promote and sell our water products to residential and commercial clients. You will focus on new business, maintain relationships, and hit monthly sales targets while coordinating onboarding, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior sales experience preferred, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Menehune Water Company products and services to residential and commercial clients, achieving a minimum of 30 closed sales per month.
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Set up new client accounts, including coolers, bottles, and other related products as needed.
• Collect and process required documentation for new accounts (contracts, invoices, payments, etc.).
• Coordinate with office personnel to ensure all requirements are completed to successfully close sales.

Salary: $43,680.00 Annually

Sales Incentive Bonus Program
In addition to base salary, sales representatives are eligible for a monthly incentive bonus based on closes (cooler rentals and/or water accounts acquired and retained) beyond the 30-close minimum:

• 35-39 closes: $390 bonus
• 40 closes: $780 bonus

High performers have earned $3,000+ per month in incentive pay alone.

Position Summary:

The 5-Gallon Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling company products and services to residential and commercial clients. This role focuses on generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The representative works closely with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding, delivery coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products and services to potential residential and commercial clients, achieving a minimum of 30 closed sales per month
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries in a timely manner
• Set up new client accounts, including coolers, bottles, and other related products as needed
• Collect and process required documentation for new accounts (contracts, invoices, payments, etc.)
• Coordinate with office personnel to ensure all requirements are completed to successfully close sales
• Collaborate with office staff regarding new account setup and contract-related matters
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager regarding routing and delivery logistics
• Report all sales-related issues, including contract cancellations, to the Division Manager
• Assist with promotional efforts, including advertising, marketing initiatives, and community outreach activities
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Division Manager within the scope of the role
