• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, route, track, and close out client and sub-consultant contracts, amendments, and change orders.
• Run quality assurance reviews on proposals and change orders before client delivery, verifying fees, scope, and formatting.
• Monitor upcoming contract expirations and certificate of insurance renewals, and flag them early.
• Maintain contract records and system data, running periodic audits to keep information complete and current.
