Job summary

KPFF Consulting Engineers in Irvine, CA is seeking a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to join our marketing team. You will support proposals, coordinate deadlines, and produce client-facing deliverables alongside engineers and project teams.

The role requires 3+ years of marketing experience, proficiency in InDesign and MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A 401(k) plan, vacation, and other benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience (AEC or professional services preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to grammar and clarity.
• Proficient in InDesign and Microsoft Office suite; comfortable with Teams/SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of proposals, SOQs, and qualification packages.
• Coordinate deadlines, submission requirements, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with technical staff to gather content and format client-ready materials.
• Draft, edit, and assemble narratives and resumes using templates.
• Ensure accuracy and quality across all proposal materials.
