Job summary

TogetherWork is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support Marketing and specialized Operations hiring in our fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for Marketing and select Operations roles, partnering with Marketing leaders to understand capabilities and business outcomes. Build pipelines, source passive talent, and own the process from kickoff to offer.

Qualifications

• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS/tech.
• Ability to build pipelines and passive sourcing strategies.
• Comfort using recruiting metrics and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting from kickoff to accepted offer and closeout.
• Partner with Marketing leaders to recruit across multiple disciplines.
• Develop sourcing strategies and identify passive talent.
• Maintain Greenhouse documentation and scorecards.
• Deliver timely interviewer feedback and candidate communications.
