Job summary

PrideNow, a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, seeks a Systems Analyst to support CLM platforms, analytics, and process improvement. You will work with Legal Operations and IT to optimize contract workflows and develop reports and dashboards that track performance and cycle times.

Ideal candidates have CLM experience (Icertis preferred), Power BI and SQL/Microsoft stack development, plus Agile or Waterfall PM experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Icertis CLM or another Contract Lifecycle Management platform (preferred)
• Power BI, reporting, and data analytics experience
• Microsoft C#, SQL, or other Microsoft tech stack development experience (preferred)
• Project Management experience (Agile and/or Waterfall)
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience supporting Legal Operations, corporate legal departments, or law firms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• As part of the hiring process, shortlisted candidates must attend an in-person meet-up in Tualatin, OR before submission.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the CLM system
• Partner with Legal Operations, attorneys, and legal staff to optimize contract processes and system functionality
• Develop reports and dashboards to analyze contract performance, cycle times, and operational metrics
• Create ad hoc reports using Power BI and other analytics tools
• Support system enhancements, configurations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate on software implementation and process optimization projects
• Assist with Microsoft technology stack development and system integrations as needed
