Acara Solutions seeks a Systems Analyst in the United States to support and enhance a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform within a Legal Operations team. You will liaise between Legal, Operations, and Technology to optimize performance, improve processes, and deliver reports and analytics that drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting CLM platforms or similar enterprise systems.
• 2+ years administering or enhancing CLM, ERP, CRM, or workflow systems.
• 2+ years developing reports, dashboards, or BI solutions.
• Experience gathering business requirements and supporting implementations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of the CLM platform.
• Collaborate with Legal Operations, attorneys, and staff to improve contract workflows.
• Create reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics to support operations.
• Perform ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and system troubleshooting.
• Assist with deployments, configuration, testing, and process improvement.
• Develop and maintain user docs and process workflows.
• Identify best practices and optimize system utilization.
