Job summary

Boys Town is seeking a CLM Administrator to administer, maintain, and optimize the contract lifecycle management system within Procurement Services. You will support users, ensure data quality, troubleshoot issues, and work with Legal, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows and reporting.

You will develop reports and dashboards, track expirations/renewals, and create training materials to drive best practices while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement, contract management, or CLM system support.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and document management.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day oversight and support of the CLM system, ensuring data quality and process improvements.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for CLM system users.
• Administers and maintains the CLM platform, including user access and permissions.
• Maintains contract templates, clause libraries, workflows, and approval hierarchies.
• Monitors system performance and ensures optimal functionality.
• Troubleshoots issues and escalates complex problems to IT/vendor as needed.
• Partners with IT for upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Develops and maintains reports and dashboards related to contracts, spend, and procurement.
• Assists in tracking contract expirations/renewals and informs leaders.
• Creates training materials and delivers system/process guidance.
