Job summary

Boys Town is seeking an experienced CLM administrator to oversee and optimize the contract lifecycle management system within Procurement Services in Omaha, Nebraska. You will support system users, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to streamline workflows and reporting.

The role emphasizes templates, approval hierarchies, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while delivering training and scalable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or CLM system support.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and document management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support the CLM system day-to-day and ensure data quality.
  • Serve as the primary CLM user contact for the organization.
  • Administer CLM platform with user access, roles, and permissions.
  • Maintain templates, clause libraries, workflows, and approval hierarchies.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Partner with IT for upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Develop reports and dashboards related to contracts, spend, suppliers, and procurement.
  • Provide training and create process documentation for system use.
  • Ensure CLM processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Job description

Administers, maintains and optimizes the organization’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) system within Procurement Services. Supports users, ensures efficient contract processes, maintains data integrity, and enhances system functionality to align with business and compliance requirements. Partners with Legal, Procurement, Finance, IT, and other business stakeholders to streamline contract workflows and reporting.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:Provides day-to-day oversight and support of the CLM system with responsibility for supporting system users, maintaining data quality, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with process improvements within procurement services.Serves as the primary point of contact for CLM system usersAdministers and maintains the CLM platform, in partnership with IT, including user access, roles, and permissionsMaintains contract templates, clause libraries, workflows, and approval hierarchiesMonitors system performance and ensures optimal functionalityTroubleshoots system issues, resolves user-reported problems, and escalates complex technical issues to IT or the vendor as neededPartners with IT for upgrades, patches, and enhancementsParticipates in system testing, upgrades, and new module implementationsPerforms regular audits and data quality checks ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of contract dataDevelops and maintains reports and dashboards related to contracts, spend, suppliers, and procurement activitiesAssists in tracking contract expirations or renewals, ensuring procurement and the business unit leaders are informedCreates and maintains training materials, job aids, and system/process documentationDevelops and delivers training and guidance on system functionality, procurement processes, and best practicesEvaluates and optimizes contract workflows, templates, and approval processesEnsures contract processes, including the CLM system workflows, comply with internal policies and regulatory requirementsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and support complex systems quicklyStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail/data accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting toolsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business administration, supply chain management, or related field required.Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or CLM system support (e.g., Coupa, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, Ironclad) required.Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and document management required.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with Workday ERP and Icertis CLM System preferred.Familiarity with data analytics or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred.Other Duties: This job description incorporates the essential functions and duties required for this position.
