Job summary

Earthbound LLC in New York is seeking a detail-oriented Licensing Associate to support our licensing team for three months. You’ll ensure product submissions meet licensor guidelines and Earthbound's internal criteria before sending to clients, keeping the approval timeline moving from initial submission to final approval.

This hands-on, high-volume role requires strong organization, meticulous attention to detail, and clear communication with licensors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in licensing or related coordination roles.
• Experience with licensor approval platforms or the ability to learn quickly.
• Strong attention to detail for artwork, packaging, and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review licensee product submissions against licensor brand guidelines and Earthbound's internal criteria before sending.
• Confirm correct licensor branding and use of current assets across all submissions.
• Enter data daily into Earthbound's internal system and licensor approval platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design and Product Development to prioritize items by urgency.
• Raise licensor feedback and design issues with the right internal teams and drive resolutions.
• Communicate timelines with licensors and manage deadlines for production and shipping.
• Flag at-risk approvals early and maintain a current log of approvals, comments and rejections.
