Job description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the licensing and consumer products industry, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of licensed houseware products.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain placement grids for both new product developments and reorders, ensuring accurate tracking of timelines and deadlines to prevent delays
  • Manage the product development approval process, including tracking all samples from initial concept to final production, and ensuring approvals are obtained on time
  • Coordinate and track licensing compliance, ensuring that all products, packaging, and marketing materials meet licensing and regulatory requirements
  • Organize and oversee photography and product photoshoots, ensuring assets are captured and archived properly for marketing and sales use
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing follow-ups post-meetings to ensure action items are completed
  • Manage and update the graphic asset library on the server, ensuring all assets, design files, and marketing materials are current and accessible
  • Support licensing contract management, maintaining records of agreements, royalty reports, and other key documentation
  • Monitor production timelines and coordinate with internal teams (product development, sales, and operations) to ensure deadlines are met
  • Prepare and organize business presentations, pitch decks, and sales reports for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Track retail placement reports and analyze sales performance to provide insights on product success and future opportunities
  • Act as a key liaison between licensees, licensors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals
  • Assist with trade show preparations by organizing product samples, photography assets, and promotional materials
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (strong internship experience considered)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills to track multiple projects and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records of product approvals, samples, and licensing compliance
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to follow up effectively after meetings
