Bioworld Merchandising is seeking a Brand Associate to support licensor brands, manage approvals, and coordinate cross-functional teams. The role focuses on maintaining brand guidelines, processes, and timely delivery to retailers.

The candidate will work with Design, Production, Sales, and Operations, leveraging AI tools to improve organization, research, and workflow efficiency. A hybrid schedule applies with on-site and remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with product development or licensing preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn new systems and digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Review merchandise samples and designs to ensure brand requirements are met within 1–2 business days.
• Maintain detailed records across PLM and licensor systems.
• Develop licensor-specific SOPs and brand guidelines to support consistent processes.
• Work cross-functionally to secure approvals and ship products to retailers on time.
• Create training materials, reports, and internal resources as needed.
