Responsibilities

• Perform hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
• Log into the tech portal daily to update tickets and codes.
• Coordinate on-site service windows with customers and confirm appointment times.
• Handle parts shipments; FedEx morning pickups and return of removed parts.
• Maintain reliable transportation to visit customer sites.
