Job summary

BC Tech Pro is seeking a Computer Field Technician in Atlanta, GA. The role involves hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops, with training provided for Dell and Lenovo certifications. This is a 1099 contract position requiring reliable transportation and portal logins to manage calls.

Tickets are processed Mon-Fri; pay is per ticket and a typical daily call volume is 2–5. Onsite visits and parts are supplied by manufacturers, with weekly pay every Friday.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
• Certification in Dell and Lenovo will be provided for free.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops.
• Complete hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
• Log into the tech portal by 9 am daily to accept, update status, and map calls.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule onsite visits and confirm windows.
