I-77 Mobility Partners LLC is seeking an IT Coordinator - Contractor for a 6-month assignment in Charlotte, NC. The role serves as the liaison between local system users and corporate IT support, assisting with IT infrastructure changes and project coordination.

Qualifications include an Associate degree in Computer Science or related field (Bachelor’s preferred) and 1+ years in basic computer and network environments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and PC-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Advise IT Manager on general operation of IT systems.
• Execute day-to-day routine and preventative maintenance of IT systems.
• Assist in IT installation and development projects.
• Assist with developing and/or maintaining operating policies and procedures for the IT Department.
• Assist with software, hardware and service updates/requests.
• Monitor security threats and stay updated on corporate system enhancements.
