Job summary

I-77 Mobility Partners LLC seeks an IT operations professional to lead day-to-day IT operations, maintenance, and infrastructure support for the I-77 concession project. You will coordinate with internal teams and third‑party providers to ensure reliable operations, timely issue resolution, and compliant documentation under the CIO’s direction.

The role covers data center services, networks, servers, voice and data systems, and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT/Telecommunications or related field.
• At least 2 years of IT operations, systems or network support experience.
• Experience coordinating work with internal teams, contractors and service providers.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity vulnerabilities and SOX compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations, maintenance, reliability, testing, upgrades, user support, and system administration.
• Maintain data center services, networks, servers, and desktop environments.
• Support and coordinate with internal teams and service providers for reliability.
• Maintain IT policies, procedures, standards, and documentation.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs, document issues and coordinate follow-up actions.
