Job summary

Corps Team is seeking an IT Service Delivery Technician for a 6-month contract in Charlotte, NC. This onsite role provides first-level support for internal users, deploys endpoint hardware/software, and collaborates with IT teams to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree in MIS/CS or related field with IT experience, plus familiarity with AD/Azure AD, ServiceNow, and Intune. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field; 2–4 years of experience, or 4–5 years of IT experience.
• ITIL knowledge preferred; A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Cisco VoIP & Networking, ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to internal users.
• Document issues in ServiceNow to ensure accurate records.
• Deploy endpoint hardware and software using Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• Maintain proper connectivity of devices and network equipment.
• Manage end-user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues and escalate complex problems.
• Monitor device performance and report recurring issues to IT teams.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on software/hardware improvements.
• Assist with asset management and project lifecycles.
• Support application development teams as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by team lead.
