You will collaborate with the Chief People Officer and Chief Nursing Officer to improve HR technology usage and data integrity.

The role requires hands-on IT experience in healthcare settings, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years IT experience in long-term care, multi-facility.
• Expert PC skills: email, records, databases, word processing, spreadsheets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle stress and changing workloads.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage HRIS and PCC systems for efficient operations.
• Provide HR analysis on recruiting, labor management, retention, and compliance.
• Assist Chief Nursing Officer by managing PCC access.
• Develop training to improve HRIS understanding.
• Oversee system lifecycle: provisioning and upgrades.
• Complete background checks for management level staff and equipment orders.
• Maintain employee files for management-level employees.
