Job summary

Integrated Resources is seeking a Business Support Center Representative in New York, NY for a contract assignment from November 16, 2026 to April 19, 2027. The role requires remote work in November–December, on-site in January–February for go-live, and potential remote work again in March; 37.5 hours per week with additional go-live weekend shifts.

The candidate will provide Tier 1 HR support using Workday, document cases, and help employees and managers with self-service and HR processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience and/or aptitude.
• Case management and inquiry resolution.
• Professional communication with employees and managers by phone, email, and direct interaction.
• Accurate documentation, data entry, issue tracking, and follow-up.
• Ability to learn HR business processes, policies, procedures, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for employee inquiries via phone, email, service requests, and direct interaction, focusing on first-touch resolution.
• Support Workday ERP implementation activities and the Workday HCM platform, including user inquiries and transactions.
• Document cases, troubleshoot issues, and elevate complex problems to Tier 2 when necessary.
• Use scripts, knowledge base, and systems to resolve inquiries and track issues.
• Guide employees toward self-service tools and HR knowledge resources.
• Support day-to-day HR processes including recruiting, self-service, absence, performance, payroll, and benefits.
