Qualifikationen

• 2–4+ years of experience in HR, Recruiting, or related field.
• Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, or recruiting tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and building processes.
• Experience with recruiting, candidate screening, interviewing, or HR coordination.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Aufgaben

• Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR files.
• Support development and organization of HR processes and policies.
• Assist with compliance tracking (I-9s, documentation, internal processes).
• Serve as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries.
• Support onboarding documentation, new hire orientation, and internal HR workflows.
• Help organize internal systems as the company scales.
• Assist leadership with administrative HR tasks and reporting.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles (sales, marketing, operations, etc.).
• Post and manage job listings across job boards.
• Source and screen candidates (resume review, qualification assessment).
• Coordinate and execute interviews.
• Maintain candidate records and tracking systems.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare and send offer letters.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and recruiting updates.
