5W Public Relations LLC is seeking a People Operations Associate to support recruiting scheduling, candidate experience, and HR processes in a fast-paced environment. The role is hybrid, based in Tampa or Miami, with three days on-site and immediate temp-to-perm potential.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews in Greenhouse, maintaining candidate pipelines, posting ads, onboarding/offboarding support, and assisting with HR projects.

Qualifications

• Prior internship or full-time experience in a professional environment; experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or People Operations preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
• Sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; experience with HRIS/ATS platforms such as HiBob and Greenhouse is a plus.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar expense management systems is a plus.
• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve processes.
• Comfortable using AI and emerging technology as tools to work efficiently, problem-solve, and support day-to-day responsibilities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of new tasks and responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Schedule candidates and interviews through Greenhouse and coordinate with the recruiting team.
• Create a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Liaise with business to collect feedback and identify next steps for candidates.
• Maintain and track candidate pipelines in a web-based ATS (Greenhouse).
• Work with the talent team to post positions on various websites.
• Assist with pre- and post-employment requirements.
• Support People Operations on ongoing projects and daily administrative tasks.
• Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes and HRIS updates.
• Support HR recurring processes including performance management and benefits administration.
