The role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR business partnering, preferably in a hospital setting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
• SPHR certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR business partnering.
• Hospital experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR functional areas.
