Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Contract Human Resources Generalist to join its team onsite in New York City. The role provides broad HR support with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including corporate and professional-level recruiting, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on recruiting and generalist responsibilities.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience for corporate and professional-level roles.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Greenhouse and UKG/UltiPro preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide broad HR support with emphasis on recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Manage performance management programs and employee lifecycle processes.
• Support HR operations and data integrity onsite in New York City.

Job description

Our client, a prominent real estate organization, is seeking a Contract Human Resources Generalist to join its team onsite in New York City. This role will provide broad HR support with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and performance management. The ideal candidate has experience in mid-sized organizations and brings a strong foundation in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee relations. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
• 5+ years of progressive human resources experience with a focus on recruiting and generalist responsibilities, required.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience supporting corporate and professional-level roles, required.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes, required.
• Experience with UKG/UltiPro HRIS and Greenhouse ATS, preferred.
• Experience within real estate, professional services, or family-owned organizations, preferred.

The hourly rate for this role is $35-$55/hr.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
