Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Contract Hourly Recruiter to support a global aerospace client. This long-term temporary role lasts at least 1 year with potential extension up to 5 years.

The recruiter will manage full lifecycle recruiting for hourly production and light industrial roles, partnering with hiring managers, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Onsite visits to Midland, GA are required monthly.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of high-volume recruitment for hourly production/manufacturing positions.
• Onsite to Midland, GA at least once per month.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruiting for permanent hourly production/light industrial roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies; prescreen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Submit resumes to hiring managers and support interview processes and negotiations.
• Represent the company at onsite job fairs and other hiring events as needed.
