Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Contract Hourly Recruiter to support a global aerospace client. The role is long-term temporary with potential for extension.

You will handle full lifecycle recruiting for hourly production roles, work from home predominantly, and visit Asheville, NC onsite about once per month. You will partner with hiring managers on job descriptions and sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support negotiations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recent high-volume recruitment experience for hourly production/manufacturing positions.
• Must be able to go onsite to Asheville, NC at least once per month.
• Must have a High School diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruiting for permanent hourly production/light industrial roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, sourcing strategies, prescreen candidates, submit resumes, and coordinate interviews.
• Manage candidate review and selection to keep timelines.
• Represent Kelly at onsite job fairs and hiring events as needed.
