Job summary

RTCA is seeking a Recruiter for a full-time, on-site six-month temporary role at our Chatsworth, CA location. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, screen candidates by phone/video, source passive candidates, coordinate interviews, and help negotiate offers aligned with budget and qualifications.

Onboarding support and thorough documentation are part of the role. Compensation ranges from $25 to $30 per hour, with shifts possibly including differential pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, resume review, sourcing, and ATS use.
• Sourced candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter.
• Maintained accurate recruiting documentation and records.
• Excellent written communication and interview prescreening skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates through full recruitment life cycle from resume review to offer.
• Screen candidates via phone and video prescreens.
• Source candidates using professional platforms and outreach.
• Coordinate onsite and virtual interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding.
• Maintain candidate documentation and communications.
