Clutch Canada is seeking an Event Operations Manager on a 3‑month contract to elevate how we plan, execute, and scale programs from our New York base. This role focuses on the processes, infrastructure, and event technology that power our global events while blending logistics with data-driven execution.

You’ll own end‑to‑end event tech, manage registration flows (Zuddl), oversee attendee data, and collaborate across Marketing, Finance, Revenue, and Production to deliver quality programs on time

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event operations or related field.
• Hands-on with modern event registration systems.
• Strong data integrity and attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, Finance, Revenue, and Production.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end event technology and registration flows.
• Oversee attendee data management and reporting.
