Prestige Hospital System is seeking an Epic Willow Analyst for a 3-6+ month contract to support the APeX electronic health record and clinical workflows. You will be the primary Willow expert, partnering with clinicians and IT teams to design, configure, test, and optimize workflows, with 24/7 support during go-live and stabilization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical application analysis, configuration, implementation, or support.
• Epic Willow and Epic Clinical Documentation certifications required.
• Broad knowledge of one or two clinical application areas.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with root-cause analysis.
• Ability to prioritize and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, build, test, implement, and maintain Epic Willow functionality aligned with clinical processes.
• Act as the primary Willow expert and support contact across implementation, training, go-live, stabilization, and operations.
• Analyze workflows, policies, and constraints to identify requirements and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with clinicians to create or adapt workflows supporting clinical practice.
• Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for processes and data flows.
• Build and populate application data structures during implementation and enhancements.
• Evaluate releases, suggest configuration changes to improve usability and outcomes.
• Design and execute tests, validate data, and resolve defects before deployment.
• Support interoperability with third-party systems and devices.
• Create training materials and deliver end-user education.
• Diagnose and resolve problems with root-cause analysis.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Serve as a technical resource to leaders on cost-effectiveness and performance.
