Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Ellettsville, IN is seeking a full-time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students.

This on-site role involves evaluating and treating students, developing and monitoring IEP goals, and collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote communication success. A valid Indiana SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred; CF candidates encouraged) and strong teamwork are essential for this rewarding position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Indiana SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CF candidates encouraged if eligible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, and compliance with district/state requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations.
• Educate families and school staff on evidence-based interventions.
