Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students identified with speech, language, or communication concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff.
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students, aligning with their IEPs.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation on student progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise to the interdisciplinary team.
• Foster a positive, encouraging environment that promotes students’ confidence and communication skills.
